Frequently asked questions

How is the Pro subscription cancelled?

Open subscription management on the pricing page and cancel the subscription. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period and no new payment is taken. If the subscription is cancelled during the 30-day trial period, no fee is charged.

How does payment work?

Payment takes place in Stripe's secure payment window.

How is a contract signed?

Download the PDF and sign it with an ID-card, Mobile-ID or Smart-ID in the official DigiDoc software, or print it out and sign on paper. Digital signing inside Lepinski has been built, but it is not yet open to users.

How is one's account deleted?

Write to [email protected] from the email address with which the account was created. When the account is deleted, saved profiles, uploaded templates and contract drafts are also deleted.
