A referral is not required when coming to an appointment.
How often should one attend physiotherapy?
When coming to physiotherapy, a thorough assessment is carried out and the nature of the problem in question is discussed. Depending on this, and with the client's recovery goals in mind, the client receives recommendations on what would be a sufficient number of therapy sessions and their frequency in order to achieve the best possible result.
