Is a referral needed for a paid appointment?
No. A paid physiotherapy or lymphatic therapy appointment can be attended without a referral. After surgery, bring a medical record if possible and follow the restrictions given by the surgeon.
Can one come to a funded appointment with a referral from Tervisekassa?
At present MEDIJENNA offers only paid appointments. Cooperation with Tervisekassa is being prepared. Once the contract takes effect, information about Tervisekassa-funded appointments will be published on the website.
In which language does the appointment take place?
Appointments are available in Estonian, Russian and English.
How can one pay?
Payment is made by bank transfer or against an invoice.
How can a visit be changed or cancelled?
Notify MEDIJENNA at least 24 hours before the visit by e-mail, phone or message. In case of a later cancellation or a no-show without prior notice, MEDIJENNA may issue an invoice for the full cost of the service.
