Write to [email protected] about the concern of a child or young person, so that the right specialist can be found. It is also possible to have a video consultation with a specialist to confirm the need for the service and the suitability of the specialist.
What happens if an appointment has to be cancelled?
If an appointment is not attended, notification at the earliest opportunity to [email protected] is requested. When an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the meeting, 50% of the service price may be charged; when an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the booked time and in the event of non-attendance without prior notification, an invoice for 100% of the service price is issued.
