Frequently asked questions

How to pay for the massage?

Payment can be made in cash on-site, by invoice, with Stebby, or through health insurance.

Can an invoice be provided for the massage?

An invoice is sent via email – to both individuals and companies.

Can a massage gift card be purchased?

Yes, gift cards are also available for purchase.

What to do after a massage?

Drink water. Give the body a peaceful evening. Avoid very intense training on the same day. The massage does not end on the table; the body also reacts in the following hours and needs time to adapt.

Is soreness or fatigue normal after a massage?

Mild soreness or fatigue the next day is common and usually passes on its own. After deeper work, tissues may be temporarily more sensitive.

How often should one get a massage?

This depends on the body's condition and the goal. For relief from acute tension, a more frequent rhythm helps in the short term. To maintain the achieved change or simply maintain the body, less frequent visits are sufficient.

Why does a massage not always yield results the first time?

In the case of long-term tension or irregular massage, the body is still in the adaptation phase. During the first few times, the body may be sore or tired, and the change may not yet be clearly felt.

How do the pace and technique of the massage affect how one feels?

Calm and slow work is suitable for relaxation and calming down. A faster and more stimulating pace, however, can increase alertness.
